Refund Policy

1. This refund policy (“Refund Policy”) should be read in conjunction with our shipping terms and conditions (“Shipping Terms”). Please note that BEAM SUNTORY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN 85 003 953 357) reserves the right to modify or revise this Refund Policy, without notification, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.

2. Any order placed on our website will only be dispatched as soon as full payment has been confirmed. You acknowledge that by placing an order, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the product(s) ordered.

3. You should inspect the product(s) immediately upon receipt of your order to your nominated delivery address and you must notify us by email within seven (7) working days of delivery of any shortfall, damage or incorrect orders.

4. In the event that you purchased an incorrect size, you will need to inform us of your correct size. We will instruct you to return the item(s) in its original condition (at your cost) to our nominated address. So long as we receive the item(s) in its original condition, we will arrange to have the new item(s) shipped to your address (at your cost), subject to the correct size being in stock. For clarity, you are solely responsible for the postage of item(s) back to us and we take no responsibility for any damage of item(s) during transit. In the event that item(s) are not in their original condition, we will not offer a change of size and will not post item(s) back to you.

5. If a product received by you is damaged or faulty, promptly contact us via the email above to organise for the faulty product to be returned, then return the faulty product with your proof of purchase attached and a written explanation detailing the fault or damage and your contact details. Nothing in this Refund Policy reduces or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.  Once returned to us, if we reasonably assess that your returned product is in fact faulty/damaged and/or in breach of any statutory or express warranty, we will replace the product with an identical one and also arrange to reimburse you for the postage costs incurred by you to return your faulty/damaged product to us. If we are unable to replace the product with an identical one, you may select another stocked product of the same purchase price, or you can opt for a refund of the purchase price of the faulty product. The replacement product will be sent at no charge, as soon as possible, after we receive your faulty or damaged product.  Returns will not be accepted by us if the fault or damage to the product has been caused by accident or by misuse by either you or a third party or if the product has been modified or tampered with in any way by you or a third party. 

6. We will not replace or refund for products as a result of a change of mind, so please choose carefully.

7. All of our decisions are final and no discussion will be entered into.
